Yes. Definitely. There’s always room for improvement. Sometimes you make a tough call and there’s nothing you could’ve done better. But other times there are things you would definitely change.
Sometimes leaders learn the most from things they handle the worst. I’ve also learned a lot watching and truly analyzing the “leadership” of others… and often times I’ve made the mental note that I never want to act like that.

No one is perfect and there’s ALWAYS room for improvement and learning. The key is keeping an open mind for making adjustments and be willing to make changes
