It's a good offer esp. in this environment
The people saying too low acting like they could make more
Can you code? If not, that’s a good offer
Sounds good and in the right ballpark. I am at 185K + 5% bonus with more YOE experience and same certs. You could go make more at Salesforce but they seem like workaholics and bit of a mess. I remind folks a career is a marathon not a sprint. Making good decisions like putting 60K per year in your 401k, having a steady company, and not being overworked is much more valuable than to gross more. If you want more money, then I'd much rather do something else non-Salesforce related than work for a high stress/high pay gig and ruin my vibe.
Happy to. See section on "Overall Limit on Contributions": https://www.irs.gov/retirement-plans/plan-participant-employee/retirement-topics-401k-and-profit-sharing-plan-contribution-limits
It's quite common across companies who pay their staff high to allow "after-tax" contribution into the plan, which can then be re-characterized as roth. It's similar to a backdoor roth conversion, but on the 401k side with much higher limits. They key is your company's plan has to pass non-discrimination testing and opt to offer it in their 401k plan design.

too low should up a good amount
What it should be ?
Great base though
Awesome salary.
What is “Tier 2” in Salesforce land?
That’s most SIs if you’re in management though
Ask them for RSUs instead!!
It's a myth
Subject Expert
That's solid.
If there are sales expectations then too low. If delivery-only then sounds about right. Maybe bonus could be a little higher for high performance.
That’s a good offer especially in this environment.
Spend a year or two there getting your CTA on their dime and jump.
It's a decent offer
