At what point should I stop listing internships on my resume? I have about 2 years of full time work experience and a masters degree. I’ve listed 3 internships under my “experience” section up to now bc they’re relevant to the industry I’m in, but wondering if they are making me look more junior or inexperienced than I am….?

If you have enough other experience on your CV to remove them, then remove them. Worst case, just leave the latest one then drop the rest.

I kept my internships on my resume until I had about 3 years of full time experience. At 2 years with a masters, you're in a grey area. I'd say if removing them leaves your resume looking thin, keep them. If your full time experience can stand on its own, cut them loose. Nobody is going to hold it against you either way at this stage, so just do whatever visually looks best.

If you teach & feel secure then you shouldnt teach. Thats like someone teaching math & get insecure because they got the answer first, but then everyone is able to solve that same answer. very stupid question, think if you need to; thats My answer.

If the internship experience is still relevant and within the last 10 years, then I'd suggest including it. Even then, several of my job applications have request information for the last 30 years, but it's up to you if you want to include it.

I'm not in sales per se but I manage my company's largest wholesale account ($150 million per/yr account). It's a great company, awesome culture, good benefits, flexibility, but the pay is not great ($60K/yr). All the pros outweighed the mediocre pay, but now with inflation rising, my paycheck isn't going as far and I'm having a really hard time trying to figure out if I should start looking elsewhere or if I should ask my boss for a raise.

Leaving my current job for a career pivot. Current job has been challenging to say the least and senior management never hears what others have to say. Employment is an at will state.
Senior leadership is so unforgiving that I fear by giving notice, I’ll be asked to leave and lose out on two weeks pay.
Thoughts and feedback on not giving notice or reducing the typical two weeks?
Thank you!

Hi!

I recently did a job interview and I made it clear to the HR my expectation salary is 60k a year, non negotiable.
Today I got the job offer and they are offering me 54k. My current company is making me 50k with tons of benefits which is why I am asking for 60k.

Should I accept the offer or renegotiate?

My old employer asked me if I wanted to come back to the company as a manager. The pay will likely be much better and the position holds more responsibility than I’ve had before, so overall it would be a step up. The issue is I left the company because of an abusive manager who constantly put me down and made me feel like I wasn’t doing anything right. If I come back I’d be working under her again. I’m torn because the opportunity is great but the stress was awful. Continued in comments…
