Are you Indian?
Meant if it was an India based role

Idk about that role, but prepare stories in STAR format
Thanks. Their email says 30 mins call with team lead to prepare for interviews. Not sure if that means pre-interview assessment.
Amazon loves STAR and be very prepared for their leadership principles. I used the set of sample questions that's on ManagementConsulted and that was very good prep. Also, be prepared not only about stories of when you were successful, they will ask about times you weren't and what you learned from the process.
1) Phone: Functional skills that made you successful delivering results for customers across their enterprise, digital and cloud transformations
2) Loop: LPs that you embody; STAR and don’t forget to quantify results
Prepare 12-15 STAR stories for all kinds of scenarios — helping customers achieve success, delivering results beyond what’s asked, failed and came back, got tough feedback, uplifted the team, worked in ambiguity. For L7s — we particularly look for ownership, earn trust, backbone and are right a lot. Of course customer obsession underpins everything.
It really depends on the job spec but as long as you have basic understanding of the cloud and it’s benefits to customers then you should be fine. As an L7, you just need to come across polished and experienced with delivering for customers across P&L owners / EVPs and CIO organization. Throw in CxOs in your responses. Don’t sweat it — just talk at regular pace, help interviewer take good notesX be balanced between biz/tech and sales/delivery. Elevate your stories and show you can high Think Big and have bias for action
Thank you!! Does L7 own/manage a specific account or multiple Client accounts?
@OP - How were your interviews?
