Got an offer to join Deloitte as a CBO - Project Delivery Specialist– Scrum Master.
The offer is 115k+5k bonus with a 9% AIP. (I have 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master. I haven’t finished my bachelors yet.) Previously the role was CBO - Project Delivery Senior Analyst – Scrum Master after back and forth with the hiring manager with a salary of 102k + 6k signing bonus and a 6% AIP. Thoughts?

Hi,
I had received a shortlisting call from Axis Bank. The HR told me link will be shared where I need to update my documents.
I didn't receive any link and HR confirmed that there is some system issue hence link has not come.
Now, it has been 4-5 days, HR is not receiving my calls.

No German needed for Zürich.
Yeah, a few cases require German (e.g., because the client requires it). Happens in less than 10% of cases tho I would say.
German also not required for German and Vienna offices.
for lower level roles, i think all companies require the local language, they're more likely to look past this for more senior roles
Depends a bit on the office, but l know internally we waive language requirements for office transfers if you commit to working in Private Equity / DDs. What office(s) are you looking at and what’s your background?
In German-speaking offices, we don't technically require German, but you'll always be at a disadvantage socially and for staffing. Might as well start learning now :-)
At least Amsterdam, Nordics and Germany/Switzerland don’t have local language requirements
