Base salary= l675000 (incl pf of 80400), i used an online calculator it's showing me 1.03 and i calculated it to be 1.1

I have an offer of CTC-22 (20fixed+ 2bonus)
My CCTC is 15.5(13.5fixed)

My NP is about to end.
I gave 10-15 company interviews and converted 4 offers. But could get max offer of 22. Though it's a great amount, I see many here who get 25-30lpa offer with same profile.

Plz tell if 22 is fair amount or below avg for 4+ yr exp in analytics domain.
Also plz share your work ex and company name if you got more with similar profile.
