Full break, every day. What is there to feel guilty about, exactly? Being human and requiring food to function?
I usually take the whole hour. I prefer to eat at my desk, and then spend the rest of the time playing that day's Wordle, catching up on the news, or catching up on personal texts and emails. It's a nice break in the middle of the day.

You bet I do. When I was hourly I made sure I used every second of that allotted time. Salaried now I still make sure my lunch is somewhere between half hour to an hour. Don’t set the precedent of working through your lunch until you’re like a director and are earning enough to warrant throwing away your mental health
