Been 4 weeks since I cleared all rounds of Tiger analytics for EM/Sr EM role, and now the HR says they are not clear on what role is to be offered (they are confused between delivery and pre sales role). They say they will get back but hardly got calls; have to constantly follow up every week without any clarity. Does it typically take this long at Tiger to decide/respond/make an offer? Will they even make an offer?

I got interviewed at infosys two days back.
When can I expect to hear back from them.
Also all the questions that were asked to me were written coding questions(Write block of code) none were verbal.I could write all answers but none was 100% correct.

At last I asked the interviewer about feedback as in where was I wrong. He said at couple of places and he explained me where was I wrong.

Has anyone ever asked to renegotiate their salary after starting a job? I’m 2 months into my new job and I have far more responsibilities than what I was told.
