Hello All,
I have recently joined FIS Global around end of April. My mother recently met with an accident and she needs to be operated.
I haven't been able to update the anything regarding the insurance part yet on FIS portal.
Will my mother's treatment be covered under the insurance? If yes, what's the procedure for the same? What are the documents that I need to submit in order to claim the amount?
Can anyone please guide?

Without knowing anything specific, I say yes. A hot job market and no reason not to start over with maybe more pay and a clean slate. Why bother with coming back to even when you can maybe get a better situation?!!

Look for a new job. Imo, most PIPs are meant to create a paper trail to protect the firm from wrongful termination lawsuits, not provide an honest opportunity for improvement. Assume the worst and look for a new job.

Job wasn’t exactly what I had in mind and due to that, I’d say my motivation and job performance has slipped as well. I like the company’s mission, just not my part to play in it. I’m just not really qualified to offer more than my role. I see these insane salaries on here everyday and wonder if the grass is greener. Plus we aren’t WFH, and that sucks.
Pay is better when you jump! But also, don’t believe all the salaries you see on here, many are inflated or crazy one off situations.
Yep time to be on the job hunt. All good though, these thing happen onward and upward

Sorry, OP. Leave while you can before any adverse actions. You got this!
OP, what are the details of the PIP? Did you see it coming? Bad project outcome?
What do you do?
