Been in the role for around 5 years in the finance & insurance industry.
Learned a lot as work gets passed around a lot with most not carrying the weight of the team and the management not fairly disseminating work.
Hence, work lands on my lap but I see it as an opportunity worth trying.

Am curious how are the other companies treating their staff in this same role.

After a final interview, how many days after can I expect an answer from the recruiter?

At the end of the interview, the person told me I passed the interview and they were going to talk to the Director who’s a level under them. It’s a yes for them and they’re happy to work with me.

Got a job offer from Standard Chartered Bank recently. Went through 4 rounds of interview and got an email saying I’ve been selected but they said it’ll take about 2 weeks to come out with even just a verbal offer? Is this common across banks in Singapore or are they just stringing me along?
