Been interviewing with an industry player. 3 Skype IVs, an afternoon of F2F IVs, 'final' Skype IV with the President... no contact for 3 weeks (chased) and now they want me to do another Skype IV?!

Had some interviews with Deloitte this week in FDD was supposed to have 2 more next week but they changed scheduling and said 1 of the partners was busy and the other just wants to do a phone interview rather than video now. Am I being paranoid or is this actually a bad sign

YoE 12.5, cctc 10.5 and holding offers till 23.5 fixed and few more in pipeline, expecting till 27 with 40 days left in np. How much can I ask for a senior manager level in PWC AC Bangalore and how difficult is the work and transition from pure technical to managerial role? Have interviewed a couple of people from WK over the past few weeks and have been hearing a lot about how it’s becoming a pretty horrible place to work since Susan came onboard. The criticism was more around actually working there than the work itself but is it really that bad? One of the candidates was saying that many of the good creatives have been leaving or are planning to leave because of this. I haven’t ever worked for Susan so I have no clue. Is it common to negotiate software engineer salary at smaller companies? I know it’s common at FAANG, but what about for companies with around 200 engineers? I have a counter offer from my current company and on-site interviews scheduled for end of July with google and Amazon, but I’d prefer to go with the smaller local company if I can negotiate the salary (from offer letter) up another 5% or so.

I joined on 28th November and was told that the payroll team will contact me before 15th for payroll setup.

I have opened a new salary account with icici for gds but still have not been contacted by payroll team.
