PEOPLE DO MAKE MISTAKES!! but My manager reacts very rudely everytime with me, And all seniors who are with him around 10+ years will assign tickets to me and they monitor me continuously.

There’s a manager on here who is cat fishing. Tells women he’s a woman and asks for phone number. Doesn’t share name and uses a Google voice number. Happened with another friend of mine on this bowl and with me. Please be careful.

Any advice on how to deal with a partner/boss who is shifting all responsibility to me with zero guidance, no mentoring, and an unwillingness to discuss the issues? (Small firm, only associate under this partner and have been working at the firm for 2 years). There are an increasing number of passive aggressive comments from the partner who expects to be completely hands off once the case lands on my desk. I judge the company I work every time they misspell my name even though I’ve corrected it over and over again. It tells me they don’t care and don’t want to make the effort. It’s in my email, my email signature, on my profile, etc. How hard is it to look it up and spell it correctly?!

Anyone a manager? I’m recently diagnosed (26F) and I can’t help but beat myself up everytime I fall short of my to do list. Makes me feel like a huge disservice to my team.
