Been investigating new opportunities and there are a few small companies working on really cool projects I would be excited to contribute too. The problem is that since they’re small companies most of the time their job postings are for specific niche’s I cannot fulfill. They all have a “general application”. Has anyone ever gotten a job or even an interview from applying to the general application?
