I’m a new associate working for a well-known defense attorney in my state. Today I got an email from TCS to complete an ibegin registration. Whenever I login, it is asking me to enter PAN details and mail ID. If I give, it is giving a warning that my account is already present in ibegin and telling me to login with another email ID. As if I remember, one of the consultancy, used my PAN to register in ibegin but I’m unable to login since it is registered by their mail ID and my PAN.

Existing employees with 20 years exp working on presales consulting, winning millions of dollars of projects in RFPs, delivering multi million dollar assignments are still not getting promoted and paid in peanuts

Makes me wonder if companies are really enjoying so called great resignation period. What's the thought ?
