I want one but I would have to forgo the second monitor and I wonder if it will be harder for me because I’m coding sometimes, which might need more control than when writing email. I’ve been telling my boss repeatedly for over a year that the workload I’m being given is infeasible by one person for xyz reasons, and I’ve offered abc solutions that have gone unheard. I get the same criticism every month, and I advocate for myself with reasons and solutions/resource requests each time. No changes, just disrespect. Today they’re presenting me with a PIP and I’m feeling so defeated. I know it’s time to look for a new job, but any advice on keeping my head up until then?

Has anyone gone though a YSC assessment? I believe they have business psychology and biographical assessment etc? I have no idea how to prep and any advice would be awesome
