Is it true that Recruiters and ECDs don’t consider creatives with Healthcare / Pharma experience when they apply for Consumer jobs? I have lots of Consumer experience (in my country) and I’m currently working in Pharma (in NYC), cause you know... I need to pay my bills. I’d like to go back to Consumer. I’d really appreciate your objective feedback.

One of my friend came back from USA last month, he has done MS from there and he has 4 years of experience as a continuous improvement engineer, now he has looking for a job in India, he is going for a final round for continuous improvement assistant manager in a MNC and we are trying to find out how much salary he should ask as per his experience and profile.

I grew up in a nuclear family away from extended relatives who were never really close. Parents were either emotionally unavailable or distant. All I've wanted for myself was a big loving family to call my own.. my parents are unaccepting of my sexuality & my partners family is also quite fucked up so she's isn't super close to them either.
