How does one get on at a family office?

If I was a junior on a team during a campaign launch, is that something I can put in my book? I’m curious how much people here earn per hour given the total hours worked each week incl. commute time. Factoring in 401k and post tax salary, I make $34 an hour. How do u compare?

We use Deloitte India for a number of parts of our delivery. Recently I have seen some unethical practices that violate labor laws and do not align with Deloitte principles. My manager says it isn’t my problem as they are a vendor but I can’t help thinking I have an ethical responsibility to do something. Any advice as to how to approach this without being fired?
