So- we run Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) for our clients display ads in a feed and corresponding google sheet via Google DoubleClick. My q is- does anyone know what systems out there allow for creating a template that will automatically pull a product image from say Target.com and automatically building the ad & copy without manually making 1000 ads via row for row in the google sheet? I know this is possible but curious if Sizmek or Flashtalking are more common in this type of creative development.

30% increases are out there if you want them. However check the work life balance. You might hit your 40hrs at current rate, or switch still hit 40hrs with 10-15% boost.
That 30% might take 55hrs a week and more travel etc. Just consider what the life benefit is and not just the financial benefit. We are trading our time "life" for $$$. Consider how you want it to play out.
What was normal? Like 10-15% increase unless you are joining FAANG. The reality was that most companies paid about the same range, so that 10-15% was to sweeten the deal
I think it depends on the role and the company. I always do salary research when I’m looking for new positions and go from there. In the interview when they bring up salary, I ask for the range for the position. I’ve had one or two with other companies before my current role where I told the recruiter that their range would be a pay cut and took myself out of the running.
To reply to the other comment, some companies think they're smart and will get people trying to move up, but most might say they off bonus/stock/benefits instead of higher pay. I wont take a job with similar pay unless they can show the bonus or benefits are better than my current, though. The increase needs to be beneficial or I'll take myself out of the running.
No salary increases this year
Same if not slightly down in a tax calendar year basis

Same role. Portfolio Manager
I got a 74% raise going from old job to current(started fall 2023)
Previous role was basically a part inventory analyst, systems analyst, operations analyst, and pricing analyst. Now I am working as a typical software business analyst(jira, agile, acceptance criteria). So yes to function change and industry change was automotive to educational software. I was in my previous role for 18 months and that was my first professional role.
