Being recruited for one of the largest software startups out there, think 75b-200b private valuation. The role is a VP role on the engineering side and I’m being told there are only a few of these. Tons on the sales side. The VP title gives me pause but the recruiter tells me all SVPs and EVPs are part of the C suite. I’m also unsure how much growth they have in front of them. Any advise? They are on a VERY solid standing product wise.

If you’re joining for equity growth, you’ll more likely than not be disappointed. If you’re joining for cash comp and the experience / learning - then it’s worth considering.
