It’s a combination of base plus variable profit sharing, then there are different types of partner equity. I think base salary is lower than the equivalent levels at B4 or ACN. Target bonus number is good on paper but wouldn’t bank on it given lack of firm revenue growth. The equity is interesting given the clear plan is to sell (either to another PE or a strategic) but that’s long term and totally unknown. I should mention that benefits are sort of bad (lack of broad coverage with insurance; very low 401K).

Maybe I’m not 👌 I have an extremely empty feeling idk if I’m just feeling anxious need back on lexapro . If work is starting to get to me - demands of it. I have no idea if depression is coming back. I’ll have moments where I’m happy and feeling good. I have a lot of moments where I feel like a total failure. Maybe it’s time to try therapy again

I have an offer from HCL and TCS Noida and KPMG Pune. Offer from KPMG being a slightly higher package. Pune is far from my hometown and Noida is Close. Can you please suggest will KPMG be worth joining as a cloud and DevOps Engineer ? Is there a chance of relocation later since now there was an opening just for the Pune location?

Longest you ever waited for an offer letter? I’ve met with a total of 5 people including the partner in charge and accepted the verbal. It’s been a little over two weeks since hearing back. They touched base with me a couple times saying it needs approval but starting to lose hope.

I am in a super good position at Jellyfish as a Director with a good room in terms of growth. Great responsibilities, work life balance and I strongly love my job. However, there is an opportunity to join Google Dublin as an Agency Development Manager (level 4) with strong salary, new challenges, different role and responsibilities etc. I HAVE A STRONG DOUBT about a trade off: is better to have a strong margin of growth and a good position or join Google with the above conditions?
