Four core facets to WFH success

Hello All, I am looking for a Scrum Master role- specifically into project management. I have 8 years of experience into recruitments, technical writing and reviewing. Also, I have been a trainer for soft skills and how to write technical documentation. Recently, I have completed PSM-1 certification and Project Management (sponsored by Google). Adobe
My LM is so keen on small small things, not related to coding but documentation and all. Atleast once in a week I'm committing mistakes on small documentation points n he is stressing on same. Are there any chances that my probation will not be extended or is it a clue for me from my LM. He is Looping his LM and asking questions/clarifications.
Should I ask him directly or can be ignored or need to try outside. Please suggest Barclays

Key Biscayne! you could go to the park at the end of the island or the beaches along the causeway
Rising Star
Key Biscayne!! 100%. There’s a public entrance between the ocean club and beach club, or either the state park / Crandon park.
Beautiful day. I’m there right now.

The whole island actually has pretty much zero crime. Very safe.
I like the northern beaches around Hollywood - always felt keys are overrated
Pro
Another for Key Biscayne. If you have Marriott Points it’s worth booking the Ritz for a few nights. They have a splash pad and kids pool plus kids activities everyday.
Virginia Key is the best or north beach (surfside). Keys provide best diving / snorkeling but limited / bad beaches
Fort Lauderdale beach is great for families. There is a big public parking lot at the south end across from the Jungle Queen and Bahia Mar hotel. The beach immediately to the north is also nice and has lots of shops and right across the street.
Hollywood beach is also nice to the south of FLL and has a boardwalk.
South Beach on Miami Beach is nice and has some of the widest sand. More upscale nearby but also is not as family friendly sometimes.
The keys generally have small, poor, artificial beaches, other than Key Biscayne. It’s a nice drive over the Overseas Highway and there are a lot of kitschy tourist stops along the way. Kids might enjoy feeding the tarpon at Robbie’s. It’s a long boring drive with small kids though.

Key Biscayne is technically “the keys” but has nothing to do with “the keys” as anyone would think of them. It’s a 10 minute drive from downtown onto a super nice, wealthy island. Nothing tacky about it, or touristy.

Can't wait to move to Miami and join y'all !
