Best Early Career Rotational Programs?

I'm exploring rotational programs for early-career professionals. Looking for programs with genuine cross-functional exposure, strong mentorship, and good work-life balance.
Has anyone done a rotational program? Which companies have the best ones? Did it deliver on promises or was it overhyped? Any programs to avoid?
Would love real experiences vs. recruiting pitches.

Talked to managing partner and they said it’s the market in Houston so if I can find other firms paying full market they will raise it since I’ll be the only jr. - mid level.
