For those at RJ, can a client fire their advisor and leave the assets at RJ if they want to self manage? Any fees around that?

I am on the brink of quitting my consulting gig. I had a good record up until this project, where I really struggle and have a very disengaged team and highly political and bureaucratic client. My firm might be too small to just roll me off.. I have a few interviews lined up, but I don’t have a job offer yet.
