I’m currently a mid level art director and have an offer to be a Sr. AD at a good agency. I feel a little guilty and insecure that maybe if I accept this offer I will be biting off more than I can chew since I’ve only been a mid level for a year. Is that BS or am I right to feel that way? On one hand I’m like okay this is basically the same thing I’m doing now but probably more client facing (which I’m cool with) and on the other hand I feel like an imposter. What should I do?
Are EY recruiters the type that ghost you after your final interview? Or can you expect a reply of some sorts?
