Company 1 : $170k base + 10% bonus + 136k rsu + 5k sign on
Cons : junior title\level, hybrid

Company 2 : $150k base + 10% bonus
Pros : senior role\title, fully remote

Would you go for junior role for high salary? Would it hurt in future?

Current: unemployed.

In technical round there was a case study to create visual data sheet and present it to technical round.

Because I can’t guarantee that and I really don’t know if everything is going to be ok.
