I've been building a side project with my friend, but they're not putting in as much effort as I am. We've been friends since we entered college together, but it's starting to become too much. Should I talk to them about it?

Hi Everyone. I am applying for a few design positions and I just got a response from a company that wants me to do a short video as part of a campaign. The problem is that I have 24 hours their instruction is: "An awareness video (please avoid stock video, we want to see your proficiency on Adobe After effects). Please focus on this, as this is the most important item of this assessment". So my question is. Are they being unrealistic? Also. Where can I find good stock videos? Lol

Anyone go from investor relations / ops / value creation team -> deals team at the same shop?

Brand new to the bowl. Looking at getting my fiancé his first nicer watch as wedding gift when we get married next year. I’m trying to stick around $7k, but would go to $10k. Is it worth getting him something now or wait until I’m willing to spend more? I know absolutely nothing about watches. Recommendations?

I went on a date last week and it went really well. We basically set up 2nd & 3rd dates that night. 2nd date's Friday for drinks and 3rd date is drag brunch. Date had to end pretty early bc she's in the med field and needs to wake up around 5am. I'm new to dating people my own gender and I want to make moves but I'm nervous/hesitant since I'm new to this. There was light touching, leaning in, eye contact, but I want to do more. Anything I should do on the 2nd date? How to initiate?

How early in someone’s career do you generally identify if a homegrown person is partner material or not? M and up or earlier?

In talks of receiving an offer (fully-remote) from a company which is based out of a different state than my current state of residence. From H1B LCA perspective, would there be any legal concerns?

Where do you all take folks when they come to visit you? I'm still pretty new so after the needle and Starbucks idk where else to go

About 3000-3500 of space, consisting of one big space about 1,200 SQ ft, two smaller rooms, and a couple small offices. Being ADA compliant is important.

I love to work directly with the landlord if possible.
