I have an interview coming up with Church & Dwight. When the recruiter emailed me with 3 interview times I thought he was asking me what time works best. Turns out he was telling me I was scheduled for 3 different interviews for 3 different teams in one day. Has anyone heard of a company doing that or gone through this for an interview? HR is scheduling the interviews without checking time with me. One interview was scheduled and then it was rescheduled to a different time at last minute. I wasn't available at that time so I mailed the HR for a different slot. They again scheduled it for a later date without checking the time with me.

I have an interview tomorrow with a recruiter who contacted me through LinkedIn. I believe I am way under-qualified for the position and I pointed that out to her, but she responded with several points from my resume as to why she believes the role is a good fit with my experience. It would be a leap, but maybe I need to take it as a challenge and not limit myself? I just don’t want to get in over my head and fall flat on my face. Decided to give a guy another chance after politely turning him down. Turns out my intuition was damn right about his ego… trust your intuition folks, not worth it.
