Hi all! I got rejected from JPMorgan for their Global Finance and Business Management program (through my resume, couldn’t make it to interview). However, I’d reached out to recruiters and am meeting with one in a couple of days! Do I have a shot at turning this around? Or will it not matter once she learns I was rejected. Thanks!

Help! I have 10 years of consulting exp - mostly federal and/or human capital, left to go to small company where I’m a VP. Comp is around 230 now - 170/60bonus. I just got a job offer for an Entry Level Software Engineer at Boeing in Saint Louis. The salary is $82,000 with an $8,000 sign on bonus. I was hoping for an offer closer to 90k base and I don’t care too much for a sign on bonus. However, this is a lot more than what I’m making now, and would be my first SWE job. Should I counter? In general (not only during Pandemic) - If you are a fully remote (not due to COVID) worker in a high COL city (lets say NYC/LA/DC/Chicago) and move to a different city/state in the middle of no where (Montana/Puerto Rico/Alaska/Where ever).
Should your employer adjust your income accordingly per your new COL? Aside from state tax/laws/etc... Will your employer have any issues with your move?
