Boston Consulting Group Thinking about applying to Change & Comm Lead role. It requires 7+ YOE. I’m pretty sure it’s internal. Do any of you have any insight into what pay range one might expect for an internal role like this?

Hello I’m curious on how to bring this to my supervisor attention. A few months back all the techs got a raise based on how long they have had been a tech. A coworker and I Both have been a tech for the same amount of years but she got 1.50 more than I did. How do I bring this up as the supervisor mentioned that we shouldn’t be talking about our raises.
