Those at Director level in P&T (I’m a manager), do you feel there is a realistic shot at making partner in P&T? Any pillars or roles in particular?

My current thinking: there are tons of directors in P&T and what feels like too many partners already in some pillars, plus not many new or missing roles that would make sense to be filled or created by a partner. Doesn’t seem like there’s a lot of room for making partner in P&T, despite Joe saying it’s a priority. I hope I’m wrong though!
