I'm 26, have no experience, I will receive my btec certification next month.Currently working on pre opening stage of hotel were I deal with electrical and safety.
I would Iike to work for reputed company in core EEE field or in Oil Gas sector in Eupore.There should be a work life balance .Any guidance on how to plan or focus on career.

Folks, one doubt..... I was hired as a senior consultant in dec 2021. I did not nominated for grade change till now. Will they automatically consider me for grade change or do I have to expicitely talk about it with PC ? Also if grade is changed, how is the impact on salary considering the parity check ?
