Hello fellow 🐠! I’m new to this platform and would greatly appreciate some “likes” for this post so that I will be able to send DMs for job networking opportunities.

I am planning to leave my firm after busy season and I am wondering if I should let them know this is my last busy season or stay quite and just give my 2 weeks after busy season? I really like the people I work with and I think I could boomerang (read to many posts of people who boomerang and I fit the "type"). Should I tell them know or just stay silent and give my 2 weeks notice?

I had two interviews with two people at different companies and each time the interviewer had their camera off stating that they are having connection issues. Is that acceptable for candidates to do?
