Hi Fishers, I have accepted Walmart offer and my BGV has started 3 weeks ago. How do I check my BGV status? I will be joining in mid May. Also, I have been hiding one of the company where I had worked for 45 days and then absconded due to personal issues. Would it create any trouble? They had created my PF account though. Any help would be highly appreciated

Beef, plant, rice, egg, and soy, are some of your other options. My advice to you is to find alternative brands even though you’re tired of it. Not only is whey the most widely used, but it’s also excellent for muscle repair. You have varying options like concentrate, isolate, or hydrolyzed. Also, there’s tons of different companies with a variety of flavors to keep your taste buds enchanted. Ping me if you have any questions.

Have you tried any plant-based protein powders? Those tend to be easier on my stomach.
I guess I meant I’m bored of whey
There's different types of whey.. whey concentrate has more fat and carbs (therefore more lactose), which can upset some people's stomach. Whey isolate has fewer fats and carbs (and less lactose), and can be easier on people's stomach. Or, are you just tired of the flavor of your current whey protein? There's now hundreds of different brands and flavors online nowadays, check out clean label project for quality reviews.
There's also casein protein which is the other byproduct of milk, but most of those don't taste as good or mix as well.
Orgain... based close to me... and offered at Costco. It’s great. I feel I get the same results without the digestive issues
Creatine - much cheaper than protein and probably will have a bigger impact
That’s very true, but assuming OP has a decent diet and is supplementing with protein shakes / powder, but is still getting protein through food consumption, the incremental 30g of protein will do much less than adding 5g of creatine.
If, on the other hand, OP is using shakes as their primary source of protein, then I agree wholeheartedly with you
