Burned out at current role so wanted an exit. Got another at Google S&O with ~310TC. Was v excited initially, but reading this forum makes me a bit worried abt changing into a non intellectual role with slow progression. I do value the wlb though. Any perspectives? Easy to switch paths within?

However, there is an opportunity to join Google Dublin as an Agency Development Manager (level 4) with strong salary, new challenges, different role and responsibilities etc. I HAVE A STRONG DOUBT about a trade off: is better to have a strong margin of growth and a good position or join Google with the above conditions?

Cleared first round and my on-site is next week. It just came to my notice something about visa sponsorship in JD. It states “This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.” I have H1B but I would need H1b transfer and GC sponsorship. Can anyone help me out here.
