Caesars vs MGM rewards credit cards? Which one do you guys think I’d better?

If you had 2 mortgages at the exact same interest rate (1 is a 15 year and the other is a 30 year), does it make sense to put extra payments (say 400 per month) towards one or the other? Looking at it purely from a $ perspective in the long term (not psychological where You prepay the lower balance quicker to ultimately have only one loan).

15 year loan - 125k balance (renting this property out)
30 year loan - 400k balance (looking to buy this property soon)

Based on discussions with partners in the practice, I would be brought in as an experienced manager with opportunity to promote to senior manager in FDD next year. My partner will be traveling often to London, once a month for an year starting September. He is getting his visa through work (10 years, multiple entry, 6 months max stay, cost some $1000).

I have applied for standard tourist visa in the past and they are usually short term. It could be max 6 months, but they see your itinerary and allocate you few months around the itinerary

Is there a way to get 6 months multiple entry visa, if I were to join him once in a while.

Thoughts on the proposed JetBlue -Spirit Merger?
