How long does it take to get promoted in virtusa? And how much increment one should expect?

Wondering if anyone has had issues with TCG/Robert Half? I was promised to be converted to full time when accepting then they just ghosted the situ. (All this is pre COVID-19 just for reference)

Does Next Gen issue a formal report for PGS testing results? I had my embryos tested and my clinic just told me which were normal and abnormal. No other info on embryos ratings, etc. they could have not even sent it in for all I know!
Also, how involved are you REs? I’ve been through 2 retrievals now, but feel kinda in the dark still on a lot of things. Some of the nurses are hit or miss and if I want to talk to my doctor I have to schedule a consultation and its typically a 2 week wait.

Why do companies hire new people instead of retaining the old employees?

Any tips on secondary color grading? Premier pro the slider and dropper they have isn’t quite precise so i often am having to taken on more colors and be limited than use only a small piece of skin. Any advice would be amazing.

I've been job hunting for a while now, and have yet to secure anything. I've made it through to the writing test a few times but haven't succeeded. I know I have the skill, but I struggle to even get an interview at most places. I'm pretty new out of college, but I'm in Atlanta and I feel like there aren't tons of entry-level positions in the area. Any tips for a new professional? I just applied for a Delta flight attendant role and my page glitched right in the middle of my application and now it says I’ve applied even though I didn’t finish answering questions. Has anyone else had this happen? So scared it has completely ruined my chances.
