Is it realistic to look for a remote / WFH position at the Director-level? Has anyone had experience with that? What does it do to team dynamics?

I'm looking for a comms planner for a mid-size agency in San Diego. 5-7 years overall experience with at least 1 full year spent exclusively on comms. DM me if you're interested, I'd consider more experienced as well.
