Came across several change management roles for Abbvie and looking for help on salary ranges and bonus. One is a senior specialist (grade 17, about 10% bonus) reporting in to a Director and the other is an Associate Director role (no idea on grade).

My guess is a base of $150-160 for the senior specialist and base of $175-190 for Associate Director.

Planning to join OFSS as I will work in product development team and can work in any shift timings with WFH.

Do I need to worry about this and feel low?
Could EY GDS would have been better instead of OFSS?
