Which one to choose if BofA is paying 2 lac more than hsbc ? Is Hsbc worth to consider at a lesser pay?

What’s a fair expectation for my first raise? Publicly traded co with ~2500 employees. I’ve been doing litigation with the company for almost 3 yrs and have only had a 2% cost of living raise so far.
