Can anyone give tips on navigating USA jobs to get an interview? I am trying to transition from the military to a federal civilian job, and I am finding it so difficult to get into the federal system. I’ve been told it is easier to get these jobs once you’re already a federal employee, but how do you become one? I went to the FDR training in Orlando last month and there was a lot of talk about the gov not employing “early career” employees. I’ve only been practicing for 5 years. Any advice?

My old employer asked me if I wanted to come back to the company as a manager. Hi, where or what types of companies should sophomores & juniors apply for next summer (2022) to recruit for IB the following summer (2023)? This summer BBs wrapped up SA IB recruitment, EBs even earlier, and a fair amount of my friends missed out big time.

What’s the best way to turn down a 2nd interview? During the 1st interview, I learned that the compensation for the role is not within the range that I am looking for and requires 400 more billable hours a year than what I bill now.
