I have sent counter offer to on boarding HR spoc in IBM for re negotiation. Its been one week. HR is not responding to my calls and emails. What should I do? Any suggestions? I just need if they can match my offer or not. Yoe: 9.8, Band: 7B, offered ctc: 21.42, counter offer in optum : 32.4(27 fixed) IBM

Re negotiate with clario based on the offer you received from Tech Mahindra.
The clario HR my dry to low Ball by saying that we are providing you remote opportunity and you will be saving a lot. But you need to be stringent and say that based on my profile and my experience if I am getting high ctc I will surely be eligible for new CTC.
Have a number in mind whatever you want on counter offer just ask 2-3 LPA more on top of it(Say you want 15 LPA ask 18 LPA). But be prepared for negotiation, HR will put questions like why you want this much, so you can answer like I have "X" years of experience in which I have received so and so awards, completed so and so certifications, also give some example of soft skills like leadership/team building etc, which would be beneficial for the project as well as the company.
If HR still says I still cant give this much offer, Then Say:
Also I have researched what salary a "X" yoe professional with your techstack gets, and the range is around 18-25 LPA and your are asking for 18 LPA
Share your YOE and profile can share the exact ranges that you can quote
