So I’m in my second trimester. Everything has come back normal and great. Anatomy scan went beautifully. Now I’m getting cramps really low in my left side that I would say are like a 6-7 on pain scale and they’re like every few minutes. I don’t think they’re Braxton hicks it feels more like period cramps I’ve experienced before. Anyone else experience this? Is it normal? Can I take something for the pain?

My psychiatrist today revealed to me that I may have ADHD, still a hypothesis that he is still exploring but from my personal experiences and discussions with therapist, it seems likely.

One example of personal experience is my ongoing prep for case studies as I'm interviewing with a number of firms. I recently joined a small-sized product based company.I have not been able to get along with my manager. Since I do work long hours Monday- Wednesday (10hr +) I’m trying find a comfortable chair to switch to. Any recommendations? First trimester insomnia?
I’m only about 5 weeks, but my sleep schedule has gone off the rail the last three nights. I’m sleepy/drowsy, settled in bed around the same time every night, and yet I cannot fall or stay asleep. I have a white noise machine, comfy bed, cool room.. etc. When I do fall asleep, it’s earlier in the morning and I sleep until 1/1:30pm. This was fine the first few nights since it was the weekend, but it can’t keep up. Anyone else experience this and have any recommendations?
