Can anyone tell me if SAP PIPO/CPI is good career or not?

What’s everyone using to create estimates for clients and manage resource planning so if the estimates are awarded you have the team in place to deliver. We use Actualize it which is built on FileMaker. I’ve heard of Farmers Wife, F-track and Ceta.

very Selective jobs( MF PE and BB IBs) kinda blow these numbers out of the water... but for the more attainable exits like MM IB and and corporate development... considering wlb and pay, is the grass much greener?

Hello everyone! How do you manage holiday pay when the holiday is on a Saturday/ Sunday. I am SAP HCM consultant having 4.10 years of experience. I feel that this module doesn’t have any growth. My first switch took me to 9LPA from 6LPA and now the second switch is being offered for 11.5LPA where I can see my fellow friends in SAP having more than 15LPA at the same experience on their second switch itself. Should I be worried about my skillset? Any insights would highly be appreciated. I feel stuck.
