Can someone please confirm that in sunlife basic salary is just 30% of Fixed component for specialist development role or it varies as per the role?

Joined back TCS after Sabbatical leave (higher education).

Current designation is System Engineer and role tagged on Ultimatix is Developer.

Assigned to a project as BA (orally, on paper it's just Team Member). Raised a re-fitment request to HR.

Please throw some light on the re-fitment process and what I can expect depending on my qualification.

I currently work as intern in one of the big 4, now I got an opportunity In deloitte with a package of 7.6l lpa (6l fixed, 1l joining ,bonus & 60k variable) for the same job role. it is through cmpus placement & recruiting us as freshers. I do have another 3 yrs of experience but it was for other role. considering the experience that i have ,is there any chance for me to negotiate in the salary?

JPMorgan Chase folks, how long does it take after accepting the offer/contract to getting contacted by the premployment screening team ? I have been waiting for a week now but I was told it is triggered automatically after 24hrs to 48 business hours after the acceptance. I just left my pre-seed startup that was running out of cash (we made $100,000 in revenue this year, and sunk $1m in costs). I was making $40,000 as a developer (plus 20k stock options at $1/share per year) and they refused to pay me any more money. I have 17,000 vested stock options, total number of shares at the time of my contract was 4million. I am settled in Bangalore and cannot relocate to Gurgaon. Sunlife HR provided me remote work option.

Now I am not sure that was fair decision for me or not.

What are shift timings in Sunlife , also is it mandatory to come to office daily or 2 times a week, or is it psbl to take wfh if staying in Noida.

Also what is there medical insurance policy. Spouse child employee ....how much cap??
Are parents covered under same policy or they charge extra premium.

What is cab facility , like if my shift time is 8 to 4:30 will I get cab from both sides, also same for 12 to 8:30 shift...both sides cab is provided, free of cost.....no amount is deducted from monthly salary ...Right????
