My joining date mentioned in IBM Offer letter which I received just a while ago is second week of November, 2021. However, I have 90 days notice period. It also says to accept within 3 days and a clause is written that joining date can be revised only till 5 days. Will ibm revise my joining date ? I'm the main POC for our largest client in India in FMCG, and it's our 4th year without a challenge. I'm one step below CXos of the company and two others are in the same level as me. I am settled in Bangalore and cannot relocate to Gurgaon. Sunlife HR provided me remote work option.

Now I am not sure that was fair decision for me or not.
