I heard that salary day in Barclays is 24th, so will I recieve salary this month or will it come next month only.

11.2 YOE .net- Barclays Giving 32.5 Fixed and TechM providing 37 with 10 पर्सेन्ट variable?
Which one to choose Barclays is not ready to match TechM offer. Suggestions?
