As per bench letter your bench last day is your last working day is company. They have already give you notice period and legally they can not force you to serve 90 days. You can check this in legal laws as well.
Notice period is a contract between two parties and if one has given you notice then you can accept it and ask for release. It is very much legal. It is the same scenario that's why companies ask employees to resign from job and they will accept it and relieve you immediately.
Hi kindly connect
Yes you can and they will release you in 2-3 days also.
Thank You very much
Yes and it ill be quick process
hi please connect
In which process you work ?
hi i am a Graphic Designer any opportunity for wipro
Never resign in wipro. In bench when you resign your notice period will start from the date you resign. In bench you don't accept any project from wipro, you will get relived in 45-90days
I did the resign while i am in bench period, but HR is stating that i need to serve 3 months notice period
Any suggestions to get early release???
Im also in same situation. Discussed with manager as well as hr but no luck ...I even tried to get released with 60 days of notice period...no luck 🤞
