Hi! I just accepted a Relationship Banker II role in Allen, TX. My offer letter was 50k base and 1k guaranteed commission a month first year. I just graduated w a degree in Business Administration. Basically the info I got on how commission works was pretty vague. Anyway I wanted to see what someone I’m their 1st or 2nd year can realistically expect to on average make in commission a year in this role. Also what do bonuses in the role look like? I’m hoping to just hear some ballpark numbers! JPMorgan Chase JPMorgan Chase

The only people I know who are worried about WADU are the slackers.
Those of us who work a reasonable number of hours per day are not fazed by it.
Honesty, I hope that WADU can weed out some of the dead weight. We’d be a better company without them.
I’m an individual contributor in a planning role. I don’t manage anyone.
For the last 20+ years, my bosses and the company have been very good to me and my family. I return the respect by giving them an honest days work.
What do you mean by how big of a deal is it? They monitor everything. Who you are meeting with on zoom, same office vs other locations. If you are pinging ppl you could get up and talk to. How productive you are each day of the week.
The data around it is scary.
Emails started going put today for ppl less than 50%. Less than 20% are put on warning.
Playing devil's advocate: sometimes I print out docs / financials to read/highlight/make handwritten notes in the margin (vs. review on the computer). What can I say, I'm old school...sometimes I prefer to study/review dense information that way. Should I force myself out of that habit so I'm clicking and active on the computer etc? Thoughts?
Thank you!
