First parlay so far, what do you guys think?

Oh I’ve ALWAYS struggled w/ sleep and my ADHD. It sucks! Some nights, I feel EXHAUSTED but it’s like my mind REFUSES to shut down, and when it finally does, it’s time to get up. This has been a life long problem though, and no matter what I try, I can’t seem to get out of it! But I found this article about it kind of interesting: https://www.additudemag.com/adhd-sleep-disturbances-symptoms/

Thank you. Yes as a kid it was horrible. As an adult it comes and goes, and not only med related. Never really put those together till recently.
Try reading the book: "Why we sleep." Few small changes have helped me with sleep, like a darker and colder room.
Try melatonin. I struggle with this too, but taking melatonin supplements completely relax my body and it's super easy to fall asleep.
Do you feel like you're fighting it to complete activities? I went through this and it would be because I had a long list of things I needed to do running through my head at night.
Why do you think you're fighting sleep? I have days like these as well. And it typically happens whenever I get caught up in something that really locks in my attention to the point that I can't seem to stop myself.
I went through this for a while, I was constantly sleeping and it was really difficult. Might be worth talking to your doctor about it. Are you getting good sleep overall?
I have trouble with sleep. We have tried so many meds. Try not looking at your device before bed. Turn the lights on low before going to bed. Do not have a tv in your room. Try melatonin. Do not reach for your phone if you wake up.
Same and I've always had insomnia but it's been very bad lately!
