"Asking for a friend"
I tried to get our entire team in a huge house instead of several hotels, and the partner and independence didn't go along with it. Would have saved the client tens of thousands and been much less stress for us, but bureaucrats gonna crat.
For stays longer than 1 week in Europe the policy is serviced apartments, very nice as you can cook
I've done it for international travel when no hotels are available. Just need to give an explanation
Yeah I would prefer spg or Marriott but in this case there was literally nothing available in the city
Only international when it makes more sense than a hotel (or when there's no hotel) and you have to go through various approvals prior. It's extremely rare
Yes
Interesting, I've never stayed at one, so truly just curious if it's ever used for business travel. I suspect most people are more points crazy.
I wouldn't want to cook in Europe though!
