Can you tell me reasons not to join Standard chartered? I heard they don't give hikes once we join and some teams like DBA are tough to handle. is it true?

Yes what you heard about hikes is true. No hike from past 2years to 95% of the people. Hearing the same for this year as well but need to wait and watch. And culture varies from teams to teams. Some are good and some teams are tough.
